Dhamma V±hin², meaning 'Stream of Dhamma,' is another of the many Vipassana centres
springing up near the megapolis of Mumbai. Located on 29 acres of land on the bank of River
Kalu, the centre is well connected with Mumbai by road, by suburban rail and with the nearest
railway station, Titwala, being on the rail route to Dhamma Giri from Mumbai.

Work on the Dhamma V±hin² began in the year 2002, and the centre is presently at the
planning stage. Facilities available are expected to provide for 80 to 100 students for courses all
through the year.

Dhamma Vipula, meaning ‘Abundance of Dhamma’, is the first Vipassana center in
Mumbai. Situated atop Parsik Hill and surrounded by forestland in the New Bombay township,
the centre is suitable for meditation even amid a major metropolis. With a total built up area of
5500 sq m, the center is expected to serve 200 students. Construction will begin in September
2005. A 100-feet Pagoda is being planned, with approximately 200 cells. The pagoda location
ensures that it will be visible even from a distance.

Dhamma Vipula is well connected by local suburban trains, is approachable from either
Nerul or CBD - Belapur Local Railway Stations and connected to the Pune - Mumbai highway.

Dhamma Manamoda, meaning ‘Joyous Mind of Dhamma ‘ was established in December
6, 2000. The Centre, with present facilities for 40 meditators, is about 10 minutes walking
distance from Manmad railway station 0.5 km away. Facilities include a Dhamma Hall,
dormitory-type accommodation with capacity for future expansion permitted by the
municipality. Ten-day courses, children’s courses and daily group sittings are held.
